Information you submit
When you submit an inquiry or appointment, ONNIT Hospitality receives the contact details and operational information you provide, together with available landing-page, source-market and campaign context. We use that information to review and respond to your request, prepare recommendations and manage the resulting business conversation.
Traffic measurement
The website uses a randomly generated browser identifier, stored locally and hashed for reporting, to estimate unique browsers and page activity. It records the initial landing path, referring hostname, non-sensitive UTM campaign labels, form-start and submission events, bookings, phone clicks and calculator-use events. Original source context is retained in browser session storage for a 30-minute active session. Calculator inputs and unfinished form fields are not sent as traffic events. We do not intentionally store your name, email address, precise location or full IP address for this traffic measurement. The information helps us understand which ONNIT pages are useful and whether the website is reaching its intended audience.
Training assistant
The automated training assistant uses predefined service guidance, not a live representative. Your selected needs are sent with your contact details only when you submit a request. For invitation testing, a random, first-party session cookie lasts up to 30 days. We store the invitation shown, page path, display and opening times, and whether a request was accepted. An IP-derived daily hash limits repeated enrollments; the full IP is not stored in the test database. Test measurement is disabled for do-not-track and excluded admin browsers. The assistant still works without test measurement. Inquiries are not enrolled in marketing.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell website inquiry information. Access to inquiries and website reporting is restricted to authorized ONNIT Hospitality administration. Information may be retained for legitimate business follow-up, recordkeeping and improvement of our services.
Your choice
You can block browser storage or enable a browser do-not-track setting. The ONNIT traffic counter does not run when do-not-track is enabled. Opening the back office also places a local preference to exclude that browser from subsequent traffic counts. Storage restrictions and browser settings can make measurement incomplete.
